Three doors in.
One relationship.
Some clients only need a website. Some need a platform built around how their business actually works. Some need a technology partner sitting in on the strategic decisions. The consult call tells us which one fits you.
How we work together
Three doors in. One relationship.
Conditions apply. Payment starts only after your product is live. Platform and Partner engagements are a minimum 24 month commitment.
About Platform
What is custom software?

Most small businesses run on software somebody else built. A generic booking tool. A generic CRM. A generic invoicing app. They each do one thing reasonably well, and none of them know anything about how your business actually operates.
Custom software is the opposite. It is built for your business specifically. Your bookings the way you take them. Your invoicing the way you charge for it. Your reporting the way you measure success. One system that does the things you actually do.
We build it as software as a service, which means we host it, update it, secure it, and keep it running. You log in. You use it. We handle the rest.
About Partner
What is a fractional CTO?

A Chief Technology Officer is the person at a company who decides what to build, what to buy, what to retire, and what to integrate. A full time CTO at a real salary costs a large portion of what most small and medium businesses make in a year. So small and medium businesses usually do without, and the owner becomes the de facto CTO by accident.
A fractional CTO is the same job, bought by the month. We sit in on the strategic conversations. We recommend tools. We tell you when a project is worth doing and when the $20 a month tool you already pay for solves the problem. We translate between the business decisions and the technology decisions, so you never have to.
Partner is the tier where you get all of Platform plus this. Custom software, plus the judgement to use it well.
The tax you pay every week
A dozen apps.
None of them talking.
Every small and medium business now runs on a dozen tools. Booking, CRM, invoicing, email, hosting, payments, analytics, Slack, an Excel sheet someone keeps in a folder. Remembering how all of them connect, and rebuilding the workflows every time one breaks, is a toll your business bears every time.
Our job is to take that toll away. We wire the tools together, build what is missing, and give you the hours back so you can grow the business instead of operating the software stack. The table below shows how we stack up against the two options most small and medium businesses end up choosing between.
| Factor | Full Time CTO | Custom Dev Shop | SMB Tech Squad ✦ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual cost | ~$250k salary plus equity | $48k or more per build | Custom monthly retainer |
| Ramp time | 3 to 6 months to hire | 6 months or more per project | 3 weeks to embed |
| Scope | Whatever you direct | Only what you scoped | Your whole stack |
| Commitment | Full time hire | Fixed contract | Monthly, with notice |
| On call when it breaks | Yes | Change order | Yes, same day |
| Best for | Venture backed scale | One off custom builds | Businesses that need a partner |
Why we do not publish Platform and Partner prices
Because they would be wrong.
A Platform engagement for a 4 person consultancy looks nothing like a Platform engagement for a 25 person trades business with three job sites and an Airtable held together by tape. A generic starter price that fits both is one that fits neither.
Web is different. Web is a defined product with a defined price, $250 a month, because the scope is the same for every client. We can publish that one.
For Platform and Partner, we quote on a 30 minute consult call. No pitch, no pressure. You walk away with a real number or an honest you do not need us yet.
Let's get your
time back.
30 minutes, no pitch. You tell us what is slowing you down. We will tell you how we will fix it, how we will speed up your business, and how we will give your Tuesdays back.
